No matter what you might hear in TV commercials, no internet provider can 100% guarantee to protect you from these types of malicious software.  We do a lot on our end of the service, but "mal-ware" (as they are commonly referred to) can be acquired simply by visiting a website that is infected....and we don't control what websites our members visit.

Our knowledgable technicians can perform a mal-ware cleansing upon your PC that will produce noticeable results to you, and usually not just in regards to your internet connection.

Most computers can be fully cleansed for only $40.00  All you do is bring us your PC (no monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.) and within a day or two your PC is completed, ready for pickup at our office.

PC HARDWARE & SOFTWARE

Our technicians can also perform hardware replacement and/or upgrades on your PC.  We are affiliated with some of the worlds largest computer parts suppliers in the world and can usually have parts shipped in within a matter of days.

PC Hardware upgrades and replacments are charged at our hourly billable rate of $80.00 per hour (with a 1/2 hour minimum) plus parts.  Call or email us today for more information.

PC Software can also be a snag in well-performing machine, escpecially when a PC comes to us with an severe mal-ware infestation.  Many times the malicious software can cause programming issues with the software on your PC.  If that's the case, all you need to do is bring us the original licensed copy of your software and we can perform a full (or restorative) re-install on your PC.

PC Software troubleshooting and corrective actions are billed at our hourly rate of $80.00 (with a 1/2 hour minimum).  If you do not own a current licensed copy of the software in question, we are unable to do any work on that software which requires a copy of the program to be used.
